Performance Contracting Department
Performance contracting is a freely negotiated performance agreement between a government, acting as the owner of a public agency and the management of the agency. It is used in the Kenyan public to measure performance. State agencies face pressure to improve service delivery, lower costs become more accountable, customer focused and responsive to stakeholder needs.
At Okame TVC, Performance Contracting is a key component of management and all departments have been aligned to the contract. The institution shall continue to endeavor meeting all set targets and goals under the following portfolios.
- Corruption Prevention
- National Cohesion and Integration
- Disability Mainstreaming
- Road safety Mainstreaming
- HIV/AIDS Prevention
- Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention
- Gender Mainstreaming.
In the financial year 2021/2022, The college has negotiated a PC which is under Implementation.
